Great Bag - Won't Let You Down
I was really happy with this bag. It seems like it will last a long time and it met my expectations. After checking out a lot of 3rd party reviews this one probably helped me the most. www.dansdepot.com/blog/511-bail-bag-review-giveaway/
ProsLightweight, rugged and has lots of pockets.

Bought it to be a go bag or A/s bag. It fits alot of stuff. I put so much stuff in it that it was too heavy to be anything but a squad bag. Re thinking and lightening the load now.
ProsSturdy,well made bag.

Killer quality and value!
I searched and went through a lot of bailout bags until finding this one. PERFECT! Top quality. Extremely versatile and plenty of room. Frankly I am really surprised how much I like it...kinda like going into the garage and pausing to gaze at my Harleys before turning off the light! LOL
ProsLaid out perfectly. Adaptable to whatever I need. Rugged construction. Pro quality. Would have paid twice the price. Actually I did pay twice the price because i bought two of them! lol
Conswould be cool if it came with inserts for the velcro interior. I am going to look right now to see if they are sold separately.

Good Product & Fits 308 mags
Good product no complaints so far. Slightly disappointed though that unlike the description reads it does NOT have the light gray interior. The black bag is completely black on the inside. However, on the upside the mag pouches will each hold two 308 Pmags! Will be ordering another for my 308 at some point. I'm hoping they come out with green at some point. . .

I purchased this about a week ago and put it through some field testing last weekend. When properly adjusted and secured using the provided belt loop, the bag stays where you put it. Period. I did pretty active run and gun scenarios loaded out with an AMD 65 + four 30 rd mags and a Glock G27 compact + four standard 9 round mags. Access to magazines stored in one of the three AR/AK mag pouches on the front of the rig was unhindered and fast. Access to the additional pistol mags is another story entirely. Placed in the front, half-zip pocket, one may have a hard time fishing a fresh mag out as they are totally unsecured and if left at 1/2 zip, one will lose the contents when the going gets rough. One may be tempted to use the elastic loops located between the AR/AK mag pouches to stow additional pistol mags. I found that they were inadequate for the job, having 2 pistol mags drop into the sand while traversing open terrain at full run. I know I can add MOLLE or Hook&Loop mag pouches inside, but in either case, access and speed suffer. I'd rather have mag pouches on the outside for my pistol. (Re-design note: drop the front half-zip pouch and give us two pistol mag pouches instead) I kept the inside of the bad empty for use as a mag dump bag as I hate dropping my kit on the ground. The inside is undivided, which means that there is nothing to impede customization with a huge array of MOLLE or Hook&Loop accessories. When all you need are the essentials in response to an active shooter situation, this bag is almost perfect.

Looking for a bag to keep in the front of my squad with my AR, is this bag small enough to fit between the seats with the shotgun and AR but big enough to hold the necessary tools?
Not sure what tools you are looking to put in there, but this is a very well rounded bag for many uses.

Will the magazine pouches on the front of the bag hold an AK PMAG with the flap being able to fit over them securely?
I don't have a 30 round magazine to test this with, but from the looks of it, 5.11 left enough velcro to where you should be able to fit it no problem. We only carry the 10rd magazines due to legalities and those definitely fit. I'll check with other customers to see if they have any feedback for you.

Not sure about a pmag but a single ak mag will for sure.

The front mag pouches can hold an AK pmag no problem. There's plenty of room for the straps to close tightly. The only thing is that the AK mag is so curved that it doesn't look natural or pretty in them but still fully functional while wearing the bag.
