Great investment for an awesome product.
When I tell people that I piad 65 bucks for this bag (75 after shipping and handling) people look at me like im crazy. But i tell them all the same thing 'its an investment' and it really is. This bag of higher quality, durability and function then anything you can buy your local stores which means you have a great product that will last much longer. I bought this bag to simply be my EDC bag to carry my essintials while making my larger LA Police Gear operator backpack my "bug out bag'. That goal was briefly achieved and I was amazed at how much and how well the stuff I needed on a day to day basis fit in the bag.
ProsHigh quiality material. Lots of function for whatever kind of system you need to set up with this bag regardless of whether its survival, tactical or work related.
ConsI did not buy it sooner.

    Great bag for work
I bought this brief case bag for work since I'm a criminal investigator and do not need my large bulky patrol bag I once carried every day. It's just the right size to keep note pads, reports, spare ammo, handcuffs, flashlights, pens and other daily items you would use on the job. It's just the right size without beings too big and bulky, yet still enough room for everything I mentioned.
ProsRadio holder fits my department radio, plenty of room and different compartments for larger and smaller items.

    Great Briefcase
I purchased this briefcase for an overseas trip. Plenty of room to store my note books, iPad, 2 hardback books in the main compartment. The exterior pockets/compartments provided me with ample room for my passport, extra pens, powered cords, gloves and toboggan, and my meds. I even had room to secure my wallet, cash and cell phone when I went through airport security. I look forward to using this bag for many years.
ProsPlenty of room, numerous exterior pockets, and zippered slots to allow you to secure the bag to your rolling suitcase while walking.

best value in a tactical briefcase
Had mine for over a year and it has been very handy. Everyday contents include a point and shoot camera, sub compact 9mm, flashlight, leatherman type tool, meds, money, laptop or tablet, reading material, etc. I keep it in my primary vehicle and transfer to secondary or friends vehicle whenever I go anywhere. Admin pocket can get a little confusing. Lots of flaps, slots, etc. Perfect pouch for a G26 or smaller 9mm. Wish all pouches had double zippers instead on just one. Point and shoot camera fits perfect in one of the other pouches. Long end pouches will hold a couple AR 30rnd mags and a water bottle. There is a flat compartment on one side of the bag with velcro all across the top with a D ring to grab and rip the velcro open. Main compartment is huge. Not sure what max size laptop would fit but bigger than I would want to carry. There is another outer flat compartment for tablet or file folders, etc. Well built. Like a puppy dog. You couldn't take mine away from me. Not sure how I got along without one for so long. I feel much more organized now and it has become my go bag. It goes wherever I go in a vehicle.
ProsWell built, lots of pockets and pouches, very handy.
Conssmall pouches have single zippers that dont go but across and down 2 sides. Can be hard to zip down closed.

Overall - case/bag serves my purpose
I have owned this bag/case for 2 months. I use this bag/case daily and traveling by vehicle. So far it appears the construction is holding up to daily use. No stitching has come apart yet. I carry a 17" personal laptop in the main compartment that has an elastic strap to secure as well as a solid strap with snaps for securing. The main compartment also has 2 ventilated zippered fairy large pockets for power cords. I can also carry my 15" company/work issued laptop in the opposite side. It is lightly padded and seems fairly protected. It has one elastic/velcro strap to secure it from movement. There is room for external hard drives, cords, papers, etc in this side. A small zippered pocket on the outside will hold small note pads. It also contains a zipper on the bottom in case your note pad falls to the bottom of this pocket. The 3 pockets outside the main compartment side can hold 2 wireless mouses, thumbdrives, cables, pens, earplugs, etc. A clear small outer pocket holds my business cards. The shoulder strap is very beefy and is excellent with non-slip material and not slipping off my shoulder when I am carrrying other stuff. The end pockets are nice extra space and can be removed but are a pain sometimes as the get caught on chairs, corners, etc. Im considering just taking them off. The bag does not feel heavy to me when I load it up with 2 laptops and computer gear. I am impressed with this case but hesitant to say its perfect until I know its going to hold up to my abuse. (At least 1 year of daily use). Overall, I am very pleased with this case/bag.
Pros- Non-slip material on shoulder strap keeps the strap on my shoulder and holds bag well. - Bag can carry 2 laptops one 17" one 15". - Secures laptops well and fairly well protected. - Good pocket space for computer cords, electronics, thumbdrives, pens, pads, etc. - Handles are very strong and durable. - So far bag seems durable and stitching is holding up to daily use. - At this time would not be concerned about carrying an expensive laptop.
Cons- End pockets dangle and are cumbersome and sometimes get snagged on corners, chairs, etc. They can be removed which is actually a good feature. - Durablility not conclusive till at least one year of daily abuse has been tested. - Would have like to have more padding on the very bottom of the case (as it sits vertical) when setting the case/bag down on floor hard surfaces. - Price not bad but not great either.

    Can't Beat The Price
Awesome briefcase. I Have an older map case from Blackhawk and you can barely tell the difference. Only time will tell how the stitching holds up. Really didn't expect such a good product for that amount of money.
ProsVery roomy. Has a compartment for everything. Black looks non military. Its like perfect and I was worried with the price being so low, but its an awesome buy!
    Consnon so far

    very strong
Bought this bag to protect my 17" alienware. It is a snug fit but it works. I still deem it to protect it. It also holds a backup laptop if needed. Great for papers and plenty of organization for cables. The material feels very tough and the handle is a cradle design so you never have to worry about having the seams pop and the handle ripping off even for heavy loads. Also is padded well with plastic panels to armor plate the back. Giving 4 stars because it could be made to hold a tad bit bigger laptop but i have made it work fine. Awesome bag. Well worth the money.

Condor good but not a Maxpedition
I bought this in expectation that it would be equal to my Maxpedition Monsoon, make no mistake, it is not. While the quality, fit and finish are good just not as great as Maxpedition. With that said the cost is much lower at MSRP so the old addage you get what you pay for holds true again.
    ProsGreat design Fare price
ConsMaterial quality Not enough Molle spots

    Love it!
I had a 5.11 Sidetrip style (not an actual Sidetrip) that used for years and love. After much deliberation, handling, research and previous experience with Condor...I received this for my anniversary! Buyer's remorse? NO! Took a little getting use to a side load rather than top load... Quality is second to none! Excellent zippers! Lotsa room! Love the pockets; place for everything! Velcro tight and quality! Could not be happier and would buy again!
    ProsZippers, pockets, hidden firearm pocket.
    ConsNo backpack straps.

    Excellent Product
This thing has everything! Pockets galore, space to spare, and an apparently very tough package! I would trust this case to product my expensive laptop in most conditions.
ProsGreat value for what you get

Professional look with all the functionally
The all black case is a sharp looking bag that blends well into the work place. Tons of pockets. The two side modular pouches are MOLLE compatible and are removable. The drink pouch easily fits a 27oz wide mouth stainless canteen and can accommodate a wide mouth 32oz Nalgene however it's a tight fit. The drink pouch also has a drainage grommet. The large side pocket has a 8 1/2" x 2" loop panel. The GPS pouch has a 3 1/2" x 1 3/4" loop panel. The concealed carry pocket has a 3 1/2" loop panel that runs the length of the pocket. The lower side utility pocket has a outward facing clear pouch for an ID (not shown in the stock photos). My only gripe is that is doesn't convert into a back pack like Condor's 3-Way Laptop Case. This would be useful when hauling a heavy load. All in all I'm very happy with this product.
ProsLots of pockets. Sturdy carry handle.
ConsDoes not convert to back pack.

    Maxpedition quality at half-price
I normally buy Maxpedition stuff for my heavy duty deploymant needs, but recently saw this Condor stuff on sale at LA Police Gear...I really like this bag! Very heavy duty, high quality stitching, great zippers at half the price of Maxpedition!
ProsQuality made, heavy duty, great price.

    Great in trunk of cruiser
I have had the Condor Tactical Briefcase for a couple years now and just ordered another. I have used it to carry all my hostage negotiations gear in the back of the cruiser. I am well pleased with it. It is tough and very useful in the field.

Does this have a protective sleeve to protect a laptop ? How big a laptop can be carried internally Thank you.
    2 Answers
The outer back pocket is padded for a laptop or iPad. It is about 15" wide and 11" tall, the interior compartment has the x-strap like a small suitcase might have for clothes. I suppose you could put your laptop in there, but only the bottom would be padded. There are also a couple of mesh zippered pouches in the mail compartment.

There is no extra sleeve for your laptop there is just the rather soft and padded materiel inside the laptop pouch. Using my pocket knives blade as a measuring tool id say you could fit a 15in wide and 9in tall laptop in the bag. You could probably hold two in there with the divider in the middle if they were thin enough.

Does this have a opening on the back so it can be top loaded onto a suitcase handle?

Yes, it has two zippers, one at the top and one at the bottom, that would allow you to slide a suitcase handle through the openings.

These bags are the same item but we did buy out condors stock of the Tan and OD green at a very good price and are expecting them in shortly and that is why they are discounted in price.

So the CO-TG-153 at the close out price is showing in stock as of today. Is this another LA Police Gear, show it in stock and then not get it for 2 months item? Close out pricing is no deal if you never get the item.....
