    Good belt for the money
This belt works great for most of my SAR activity. This buckle (plastic) seems to hold the belt from slipping and lossening.

    Perfect Belt for Cargo Pants
These are very good belts for cargo or utility pants. They are very similar to the 5.11 belts, functionally identical, for a fraction of the price.
ProsKeep your pants up. Great price.

    Sizing issue, can't return.
I am a size 34 in all pants and shorts. I got the corresponding belt and it isn't long enough to properly tighten. I tried this nonetheless on my size 34 shorts and jeans. Of course LAPG doesn't allow you to return unless it is unworn. Useless return policy for clothes. How else do you see if it fits?
    ConsBad sizing.

    Sturdy and easy to use.
The belt is very sturdy and relatively easy to use. Should last a long, long time.
ProsHeavy duty, ease of usage, slides easily through pants loops.
ConsPoly buckle but if it breaks I'd switch it over to a brass or stainless buckle.

    Does the job
This is the second propper nylon belt I have purchased. The first came with a pair of propper tactical pants as a promotion several years ago. I was expecting the same belt. Unfortunately the propper belts have lost some quality. It is lighter and feels much cheaper. It still holds my pants up though so I can't really complain too much.

Does this belt hold secure when you have a firearm and holster on?
    6 Answers
yes it does. I have a thigh rig that hangs on my right side and a 4 magazine M4 pouch on my left side. I have not had any slippage. Well worth the money.

Yes. I like it so much I've ordered another!

I would say no. The plastic buckle will lock up adequately, but the belt is too narrow and is not stiff enough for a good pistol/holster set up. I bought mine to hold up a nomex protective pant for work. I wouldn't consider this for a pistol belt. Try the blackhawk rigger belt or the wilderness instructor belt. they both are thick enough and stiff enough for wearing a loaded holster and magazine pouch. my preference is for the wilderness instructor belt.

Probably depends on how heavy it is but works, okay, for my Glock 19, gets the job done. I would imagine it might droop some if you have a heavy gun hours in the feild.

When you make the belt tight it holds fine, but the belt is not as rigid as I thought it would have been.

Could you please tell me how the buckle keeps the belt tightened? Could you also tell me the length of the 36-38 from one end to the other?
    1 Answers
From belt tip to buckle tip the length is 47.5" The belt keeps itself tightened by the friction caused by the buckle against the nylon when you weave the male portion through the buckle.
