Our 1 year warranty and Hero Guarantee only apply to LA Police Gear brand apparel & gear. Many of the other brands we sell also offer their own warranties and guarantees too that can be honored.

To start a warranty claim or a Hero Guarantee claim, simply use our returns portal and select the appropriate reason and proceed through the return process. Proof of purchase and proof of damage/breakage are required with a picture. There is a $5 service fee to redeem the Hero Guarantee, and we limit one replacement per individual item purchased.
