    Good Bag
The bag is large and does have a lot of pockets. The only problem I have is the exterior open top pockets break open at the bottom and are now useless. The handle is small but all around a good bag.
    ProsBig, nice long shoulder strap.
ConsCarry handle is too short, exterior open top pockets are not strong.

    Great duty bag
This is the second one of these I have had. I wore the first one out after 14years. Lots of pockets for your gear.

    Ok bag
The bag's durability is great. The Velcro to secure the carry handle is too short. The bag would be better with more zippered pockets (internal & external). An additional internal divider would be great to help secure the contents. Two or more loops to secure handcuffs and a Leatherman is needed.
    ProsConstruction / Durability
ConsNot enough pockets Not enough loops Velcro band to secure handles together is too small Needs an additional divider

    Excellent Bag
I'm using this bag for a ham radio go kit. It is the perfect size for my portable radio system with sufficient pockets for radio accessories.

    More than I expected.
This bag is bigger than I expected it to be. Also, it is more heavily constructed than I expected. It will be used as my primary vehicle emergency bag, and then some!
    ProsWell construcyed and very capacious.

    Nylon is low quality
Bag is huge, organization within main compartment is poor. The nylon that this bag is made of is low quality and thin, would hazard a guess that it is not even 600 denier, the inside nylon is worse yet, not sure how long it would last with daily use. The quality is no where near the quality of 5.11 bags, but then the price is about half of a 5.11 bag.
ConsCheap thin nylon and poor space management.

The strap fully extended is about 43 inches buckle to buckle. Sounds like it would depend on make and model of vehicle and seat size. Hope this helps.

This answer from the LE recipient (gift) of this bag: "Yes it is. It fits perfectly in the front passenger seat, with the shoulder strap around the headrest and doesn't move, even while driving code!

It is plenty long enough. And if it isn't then grab a couple of 36" bungee straps and run them from D hook to D hook around the head rest. I have two of these bags and love them!

Which bag is overal larger SKU #: Hat-D1 or SKU #: LAPG-1001 One is 850 denier one is 600 is that a difference that may matter ?
    1 Answers
The LAPG-1001 is bigger overall. For normal day to day use you won't notice any difference, unless you really beat it up. The higher the Denier count, the thicker the nylon.
