Excellent IWB belt that stands up to daily wear
The synthetic material the belt is made of is both stiff enough to support an IWB holster and pliable enough to not bit into your waist. Still looks great after months of daily wear. Would buy it again if needed.

    Great carry belt
I purchased this belt because I've started tucking in my shirts for work and needed something more professional than a wilderness belt. The Apex belt has good stiffness and looks fairly discreet (besides the 5.11 logo). It holds my USPc well in an appendix IWB holster. Size was good, too. I wear size 34 pants and purchased a Medium (32-34) belt. I'm glad I did because the Apex belt has a rubbery texture and sticks very well to itself, making it difficult to put on sometimes because the excess length goes behind the buckle and belt. This is the only thing that makes it tricky to put on. The hooks on the buckle work great and it doesn't sag at the buckle even when carrying in the appendix position.
    ProsEDC, professional look, good stiffness

    Worth the $
Very good belt. Weapon and cuff case are secure and feel safe.
ConsHad to trim about an inch off the end of the belt becasue it was getting caught up on the cuff case when securing belt. Once that was done it was perfect.

    Hated it!!!
too hard to get the belt hooked, i need it tight to wear holster and not fall down. I took it back. The material is good, but to difficult to use.
    Prosgood material
Consextremely hard to hook and unhook

    great belt
well I wanted a liger gun belt but apparently maxpedition is too dumb to keep making it so I settled on this one. its stiff but very comfortable due to the curve they've put into it. my only gripe with it is that the buckle has a 5.11 logo on it

    Great belt for the price
Basically a Liger without the sporadic availability. In stock and ready to go. 2 hooks as opposed to one on the liger. Putting it on can be a very mild hastle compared to a conventional belt, but it's not that big a gripe. Have one in both colors and they show minimal wear after about a year of use in the carry belt rotation.
    ProsGreat looks, shows minimal wear
Cons*minor* hastle to slide the excess belt behind the buckle portion and get the holes to line up properly.

What are the differences between this and the T-Rail belt from 5.11? Is it just the buckle?
    1 Answers
The buckle would be the only difference.
