    Key Attributes:

From the patrol car to the street, the reality is that you don't always get advanced notice when you'll get the heavy call out. This uniform offers the patrol officer the same functionality required for the unannounced tactical situation. Integrates well with body armor, plate carriers and external knee pads. OA Duty Wear works with your gear, not against it.

Freedom of Movement. All Vertx garments are designed with a bias towards athletic movement. This uniform features articulation in the hips, knees, shoulders, and elbows. The combination of these features, stretch fabric, and superior pattern work makes this uniform peerless in its mobility.

A uniform that fits can make all the difference. And Intelli-Dry fabrics keep you cool and comfortable throughout the shift. This is the uniform you'll want to wear.

OA Duty Wear strikes the correct balance between function and appearance. Look professional, but be able to do your job. Inset pockets and modern design lines set this uniform apart.

Lightweight and wicking, our Intelli-Dry™ stretch fabrics keep you cool while providing superior stain and fluid resistance. Extremely durable and colorfast, too. What you should expect in a uniform.

Take a look at the current uniforms out there. Then take a look at the pockets and compare them to a uniform from 20 years ago. Isn't it time for an upgrade? Our inset pant pocket is closure free. This makes it fast and low profile. Plus, a pocket inside for mag or mobile comms.

OA Duty Wear pants are offered in unfinished lengths of 34UNF and 38UNF to allow for correct placement of the articulated knee. When selecting your size, it is recommended that for inseams 34 and smaller you select 34UNF and for inseams 35-38 you select 38UNF.

    Excellent Duty Pants
These pants are well made. Every seam is double stitched. The extra fabric that they use in the knee area makes for an extremely comfortable fit. When going from a standing to a kneeling position there is no discomfort in the groin area or on the thigh like most pants. The cargo pockets and back pockets are very streamlined and easy to access. Each cargo pocket has smaller pockets inside to organize small items you put in them. I typically put my wallet and camera in my cargo pockets during my shift. The pocket flap is very well integrated into the pant and is not even noticeable. The back pockets do not have annoying buttons like the 5.11's which to me was a big plus because those buttons are usually the first thing to go after a few months of wear. The quality of the fabric is comparable to 5.11 duty pants. I have not worn them on duty yet so I will update this review after a month or so.
ProsExcellent quality, some of the most comfortable duty pants I have ever worn, pants have an extremely clean lines- Look very professional
ConsThe price is a little steep, at $60 they are at the same price point as 5.11 uniforms but without the proven track record of 5.11

What is the difference between the VTX 8000 and the VTX 2000?
    1 Answers
the difference would be in the material that they are made from. one is a twill blend and the other is a ripstop as well the vtx-2000 is only available in black and navy in unhemmed lengths and the VTX-8000 is available in more colors and inseam lengths.

These VertX OA Pants are made of a twill material and have a uniform beason rear porket whereas the Phantom LT pant is made from a ripstop material and has jean style rear pockets. The OA Pant has a more uniform look and feel to it.
