    Fits your soft panels!
I needed a molle setup that held the Second Chance soft armor panels from my concealable vest. Perfect fit. Barely used it yet so I can't say how tough it is. Very adjustable for plenty of sizing options.
ProsFitment Cost Adaptability with soft panels Lots of molle points

    Real deal plate carrier
I thought the quick release condor plate carrier was the real deal but nope, this one is. Heavy for tactical use. I have the coyote brown one. You will not regret the purchase.
ProsAuthentic real deal feel Heavy duty quality You can wrap sling and/or comms cable thru shoulder pads for non stressful wear.
ConsCumberband is pain to adjust when you dawn the plate carrier. Buddy assist if need to for comfort feel for all day operation.

    Great plate carrier
It's great for the money! Nice quality and very adjustable. I was wanting a nice plate carrier that would hold my soft armor that I was issued from work so I could use it on the range while instructing. The fit is also great. I'm 5'10 and 195lbs and fit almost perfect right out of the package. I would go ahead and get this if you want good quality at an affordable price!
ConsThe cummerbund do not stay put. Would be nice if there were hook and loop to keep it from sliding out of the back when you took it off

I'm 6'3" and 200lbs with a thin almost wirey build. I got the large thinking it would be the right size, but it was a little bit. Depending on your body size/shape, I'd go with the small. I tried to exchange it for the small, but my email to LAPG was never answered. So now I'm kinda stuck with it. After adding my armor to it, it fits ok. Still would rather have the small.

I’m 6’1” and 210. I wear s/m. The shoulders and cummerbund are adjustable. If you’re going to run your soft ballistic panels in it, go to Condors website. There is a diagram there for proper measurement of your panels. I’m on my 3rd carrier as the Velcro wears out over time. I wear it daily. Just added buckle system from Blaze Defense. Should make it last much longer.

Personally I’d recommend the large size plate carrier. The reason being: it has a fuller fit. I’m 5’11” and weigh about 207lbs. You’d think that it wouldn’t make that much of a difference, but it does. The other reason is because the most body armor plates (hard or soft type) is made for the large/x-large plate carriers. Being it’s a more common setup which full size plate carriers compensate for. Whichever choice you pick, Condor makes a good carrier, and for the price it’s not bad at all. I have two myself: one for training and one for when SHTF and have to hitchhike if it ever came down to it. Both for nearly two years now being fully decked out. Hope this helps!

As someone who is 6'3" 195lb with an athletic build, I opted for the S/M size and it fits great. I previously had another Condor carrier that was L/XL and found it to be far too big to be safe or functional.

    I’m 6’0” 210. I got the L/XL. It’s a bit big, and is a bit cumbersome if you wear a belt. I suggest the s/m.

Am 6’3 245lbs and I use the large and it’s a little on the big size. A friend at work, your size, uses the small/medium.

What is the difference in this Gen 2 (which in some colors is cheaper) and the "non-gen 2" EXO carrier?

The original is the old version which unfortunately has been discontinued by the manufacturer.
