    Great light. Great price.
The light is extremely bright (1000 Lumens). It attaches quickly and securely to any picatinny rail. The pressure switch is easy to manipulate. I currently have this on my socom 2. The price is 2-$300.00 cheaper than other similar systems.
ProsBright light. Easy to attach. Easy to Activate. 2-$300 cheaper than competitors.
    ConsI bought 2 more.

    Light and bright!
Mounted on the front of my SBR. Brightness is *legit*, I can light up my whole street at night if I want. Doesn't add a lot of weight to a rifle built to be light.

    Great light
This thing is bright! It comes with everything you need to be up and running but I ended up using an M-Lok 45 offset with the scout mounting points. Great light, will be looking to put this on other long guns.
ProsComplete kit. Comes with everything you need. Bright!
ConsThe included pic rail mount for the tape switch is a little loose. It's secure, but I'd like to see a tighter fit. Probably has to have looser tolerances to work with a variety of systems.

    Great Duty and Mission Light
This is a great and seemingly durable 1000 lumen light so it's super bright and having both tail caps is a plus to add to the versatility...I've used a few different lights of different brands for work use and this is as good as any. The only negative I've found is for being that bright it would be nice to focus the beam for whatever your situation is. I'm already trying to justify a second one for a different weapon system.
ProsVersatile on/off options. Durable construction. Solid mounting. Bright enough to change someone's attitude or see what you need to.
    ConsBeam doesn't focus.

    Great Light!
This is my first Streamlight product. I have been a Surefire guy my entire life. After a lot of research on this light I decided to buy it. I purchased it expecting it to be garbage , and was I wrong! This light is phenomenal and in my opinion will be giving Surefire a run for their money. I have the light set up on my rifle with a Trijicon MRO. In testing in a total darkeness setting I was able to positively identify a "threat" and non threat at 120 yards by using the light. Overall great set up and I am very impressed from Streamlight.

Great light at a great price!
The light is plenty bright at 1000 lumens. The light is programmable for 3 different modes. I like that Surefire Scout mounts work with this light greatly widening the mounting options.
ProsPrice Brightness Extras that come with light
ConsBezel diameter (a bit large) Talicap and tape switch are one unit.

    Can't beat it
You get everything you need for a weapon mounted light for a long gun. Comes with a pressure switch and necessary items to attach it picatinny rail. If you have your rifle you're most likely dealing with distance circumstances. This light is really bright! Very similar to the TLR-HL. Best light package for the price, hands down!
ProsGet everything you need for a WML for your rifle (with picatinny rails). Bright light.
    ConsNone.

Is the pressure pad long enough to mount to a vertical foregrip?
    5 Answers
The pressure switch measures 3.6"L x .93"W, so will depend on the foregrip.

It is, however it may be too long or wide to use the pre-made mount on some grips. In that case, utilize the mounts included with the light/pressure pad.

Yes, as long as it is within a reasonable distance from the light. The pressure switch cable is approximately 8" long not including the pressure pad.

Yes. The pressure pad reaches all the way from the rear of the light to the rear of my upper receiver on my 16 inch carbine.

I think putting a vertical fore grip with this flashlight combo will be difficult. The pressure pad is long, but I am not quite sure how you would make the application work with a fore grip.

Can this be mounted to a Magpul M-lok rail?

You can buy a mlok mount for this light. Uses the same mount as the surefire scout lights.

It comes with a 1913 mount. You would need to purchase a serperate mount to attach on m-lok using 1913 rail or surefire scout mount.

No, you'll need to purchase an magpul picatinny rail attachment.

Not without buying a mlock picatinny rail section which will attach to the handguard then the light will attach to that.

You're going to need to get an m-lok picatinny/1913 rail adapter (3 slots) to attach to m-lok rail. This will not attach to m-lok out of the box.

If it is like the original rail mount 1 & 2, then yes it can be removed. Also, it has the same base width as a surefire scout if it's like the older ones.
