    Good for the money
This belt supports a gun well, up to about 25 oz. Seems well made and secure. the LAPG belts are stiffer and support heaver guns, etc

Great belt, sturdy but not uncomfortable
Great, sturdy belt. Being reversible makes it awesome. Works great with my IWB. It's very comfortable and stays tight for me. I typically get a 38 pant so I went with the XL. I think it's the perfect length, there's a little leftover but not enough to warrant cutting it off.
ProsConstruction Reversibility Doesn't loosen up when cinched Lightweight but works well with an IWB

    Great product
I have a 34 size waste. The large is too big, should have gotten a medium. Belt is of great quality tough.

    Great belt
When I got it i was not sure if it would fit my recon pants at all but I was wrong it was the right size and gave me a few extra inches as a cussion to play with. great look and not bulky or heavy at all.

    Why?
I live right next Ft. Hood in Tx. There are military surplus stores everywhere and would be easy for me to pick up a thick, sturdy nylon belt here rather than ordering it off the net. The two tone feature with no loss in functionality was a major contributing factor for the purchase, also the price of this belt is unbeatable, I have attached the side slide pouch which is slightly wider than the belt itself and allows me to still keep a low profile for the items I carry in it. All in all I enjoy this belt it's comfortable and keeps my pants up.

    Good value
Belt is of good quality. I use it for my CC, and have zero issues with it. Very comfortable. And for the price, it's well worth the purchase. I may buy another, just because.

    Good Belt
This belt is a little thicker than othe rigger style belts. I like this because it tightens better or if you wear a holster.
ProsThicker than some other rigger belts.

Very nice belt. I'm just an everyday belt wearing guy. So it works great for me. It's a little stiff and hard to cinch it tight but I think that will break in.

If my waist is 30" and I carry IWB should I go to a Med or is there enough "extra" length on a small to do this?

I prefer the extra length & would suggest the Med. You never know when you might chose to carry an additional item.

I would get the bigger size and then cut the belt to length I wanted. THese tyoes of belts are very easy to cut to any length. The best method I have found for doing this is to take a razor blade and hold it with a pair of pliers. Then heat the razor blade up with a torch until it is glowing hot. Then use the hot blade to cut the belt. It is almost more like melting through the belt as opposed to cutting but doing it this way will seal the end of the nylon. You can also just cut it with a knife or sissors and then use a lighter or match to burn the end and seal the nylon. The first method in my experience gives the best finished look.

Mine was a large belt, which I like very much, but this is not much extra length on my belt.

I ordered the large, 36-38 because my waist size is typically measured at 36. With a revolver carried IWB, there is still enough "belt" to go into the next belt loop and past. I measured the extra at 5". I would think since the small belt tops out at 30, you would be better off with the medium. Keep in mind that this material could feasibly be trimmed if you really mind the extra length.

The medium should be fine for you. I am a size 34 waist and have about 8 inches of excess past the buckle with the medium.

I would go with a medium, but personally from my experience with this belt, it's not my top choice for carrying a gun. I can't seem to get a tight fit with it. It's not a super stiff belt and does hang a bit with the weight of my glock 43.

I do not know what an IWB is but I am a waist size 40 and I ordered an xl & have about 4"to 5" of belt left if that helps with your question. & it's also on sale which is good for you. Awesome belt though very rugged construction. Definitely a great buy !!! & great product.

Rob, I am a size 34" and bought the medium. I still have about 4" of extra belt once I secure. Small should work for you

I contacted Propper and they gave me a better idea of what the waist sizing for these are - SMALL 28"-30" MEDIUM 32"-34" LARGE 36"-38" XL- 40"-42" THESE ARE BY YOUR WAIST SIZE, NOT THE ACTUAL LENGTH OF THE BELTS. THE ANSWER ABOVE MUST BE THE ACTUAL LENGTHS OF THE BELT

The medium is 38" long, so it will work well on a 34" waist.

Hello I am a 32" waist I have the med and I have a 6 inch tail on it. Hope this helps. It does help having a little extra to pull it tight also.
