When this flashlight switches between modes, does it have to cycle through all modes or can it be set without cycling though?

This OLight Flashlight has to cycle through all modes. It starts in low then goes to medium then high. There is a dedicated strobe button that lets you immediately go to strobe and that is also how you switch between modes.
