LA Police Gear Rendition EDC Folding Knife

MSRP: $17.99

LA Police Gear is already known for breaking into segments with exciting, useful products that not only look good and function highly, but save you a lot of money too. Now we're breaking into the knives segment with an entire line. You are sure to find the right knife for you in our line of 6 brand new knives. All of our knives are made with tough 8Cr14MoV steel, which is a tough yet durable steel type that can be easily sharpened to an excellent edge. The best part is that you can get a high quality knife at very reasonable prices because we cut out the middle man and pass the savings on to you.

The LA Police Gear Rendition EDC Folding Knife is ideal for pocket carry or to clip to any bag or vest. The removable pocket clip is positioned at the very edge of the knife for a low profile look when clipped in your pocket. This knife strikes the perfect balance of being light enough for pocket carry, but with enough weight to make it sturdy and reliable.

The Rendition EDC Folding Knife has a liner lock mechanism, and features an assisted opening tanto or drop point blade, which can be opened ambidextrously with either the thumb stud or the rear finger tab. The plain edge tanto blade is coated black to match the black handle. The drop point version comes in either a black coated blade, or a satin finish for striking contrast.

Fantastic knife: cut myself with it within minutes
Wow, this is a sharp knife. Opened it the day it arrived, mishandled it, and cut a huge gash in my finger that sent me to the ER to get my finger glued and all that.

    Great knives for the price.
Pleasantly surprised by the quality of these knives. Based on the price did not expect them to be this nice. Could not decide on a style so for that price ordered one of each thinking I would just leave one in my truck, tackle box etc. But now I am using for EDC and it is hard to decide which one to leave behind.
ProsVery nice fit and finish Extremely sharp Multiple versions
    ConsDurability yet to be determined.

    Great knife for the price
Great knife for the price, came sharp. Feels sturdy, fits well in my hand. If I had to complain, its that I feel like the pocket clip is on the wrong end of the knife. Maybe I'm just used to clips on the butt end of the knife. As you draw this knife out of the pocket I have to flip the knife in order to actuate it. Might just take some time to get used to it. Also, the clip is non reversible. Other than that, I can't really complain for the price.

    Great knife
My grandson saw it and latched on to it right away. What can I say I had to give it to him. He has used it for over a month now with no problems. So I just placed an order for 2 mor cud I really like the way it looks and feels in your hand. Not too heavy, not too light. So far it has stayed sharp.
ProsGreat knife good price. It's as good as any Kershaw I've got.
ConsIt does not come with Beer and Snacks.

    Feels great.
Small but efficient knife. The blade is sharp, and flips out with ease. Feels good in your hand. For the price you can't beat it.

A really decent knife for an inexpensive EDC.
This seems to be a well made knife for the money. Good size and fits the hand well. Opens very easily which is a plus. Also quite sharp and cuts well. Good all around knife with one drawback, the grip is smoother than I like. I can see having a sweaty hand or rain and it would be hard to keep a decent grip on it. Dry weather and it is not as grippy as I prefer but is okay. Wet not so good. But for the price, very hard to beat.
ProsOpens easily, sharp from the get go.
    ConsGrips a tad too smooth.

    Can't beat it
This knife is amazingly well made for the price.
ProsWell made, blade steel is good. Finely finished and sturdy. I paid 8 bucks and favorably compare it to many higher dollar knives I own.
    ConsNone so far.

    outstanding value
I've paid over twice as much for knives that were half as good. great quality, freakish low price, outstanding value.
Prospocket clip can be moved to facilitate forward or rear carry. really sharp. texture/ shape of handle makes secure grip. deploying the blade with the thumb really good.
Consnot a frame lock, but for the money, whatevs. for the price everyone should have one of these.

Has LAPG decided to make a folding knife that is tip up carry? That's literally the only thing holding me back from buying the LAPG brand.

Metal. If you are questioning buying the knife I would buy it. I have bought more since buying my first. Have been pleasantly pleased with this product.
