Couple of Q's: 1) what level of organization do the top/diagonal/side pockets provide (i.e. are they just dump pockets, or do they have any division within the pockets to allow for separation of contents? 2) is the sternum strap adjustable? 3) is the waist belt removable? Thanks in advance!

This item does not have any division within the pockets they would be just a dump pouch. the sternum strap is adjustable as well the waist belt can be removed if needed.
