Best in Class Product
This makes my ninth belt purchased from Galco for dress and informal wear. I will not buy any other brand.
ProsBest in class quality leather and tanning process. Galco has the best quality belts and holsters on the market today. I will not buy anything else.
ConsUsed to buy B_ _ _ _ _ _ before SL purchased them.

Runs VERY small
I am a 33 to 34 belt/pants size. Per the reviews (since LAPG doesn't warn you of this), I ordered a size larger (36) and it was still too small. So I had to return it and pay double shipping (for return and for new order (38). I am pretty annoyed because of the wasted shipping costs at my expense and the lack of sizing guidance.
ProsSeems like a well built, solid belt that doesn't scream police.
ConsSizing and lack of guidance. Lack of solid exchange/return shipping reimbursement that can add some $20 for not getting the size right.

Galco Cop Belt
This belt is a very well-made belt and I recommend it to anyone, especially a person who'll carry various gear on their belt. It can also be used as an under-belt for LE duty carry. I did order 2" larger than other belts and it fits fine.

Good solid belt. I have the tan one too. Run a little small so buy two sizes / 4 inches above your pant size, esp if you plan iwb carry.

As you would expect, heavy leather for a reason, obvious quality.
ProsWill hold up the weight of concealed easily.
ConsHad to return and reorder due to running small. Was 2 inches shorter of similar belt of the same size.

Great belt! Secure with an everyday crossbread IWB and stabilizes my Miami rig for motorcycle jaunts. This belt also looks good and can be worn as an everyday belt and even a bit more dressy occasions. Be warned though I am not sure how they measured this thing. I would imagine it was the ole Hubble problem where Galco was all like "inches" and then the belt guys were all "METRIC". I'm a solid 32" waist in both pants and every other belt in the world. I ordered a 34 based on the reviews and returned it for a 36". So if you are a 31-32 waist in pant size, you want the 36 belt.
ProsThe Belt. The fact that LA Police Gear will swap out the first belt you order in a size too small.
ConsSizing? Once you get the right size, there are no Cons.

How do you measure your size on this belt
In the drop down option box, choose what waist size you are. That is how the belt measurements work.

Measure from where the belt hole you use to the end of the leather the other way. Then add 2 " if your carrying inside the waist band.
