We introduce The G4M Tactical Pack by Eberlestock in which many will see as the ultimate scout/sniper pack. It represents everything that Eberlestock has learned about the needs of the professional military sniper community. It is a true go-to-war pack, derived from the lessons learned from our Phantom and Gunslinger products. When shooting from the pack, you have direct access to all of the pockets. The side pockets peel back to expose PALS-type webbing that can be used to mount ammo or other items.

The G4M Operator has elements similar to other Eberlestock packs. Its layout is much like the Phantom, but it's bigger and has a two-chamber main compartment, plus the outer front pockets. Like the Gunslinger, the G4M Operator's pack bag and Backscabbard™ are sewn integrally together. We've built the pack to satisfy the reality that a classic "drag bag" is rarely likely to be used by a modern military scout or sniper, and we gain some benefits of simplicity and weight savings by integrating the whole package into a single unit.

Specs for the Eberlestock G4M Tactical Operator Pack:

I bought one of these packs & its 9 months later... where I found another feature the pack had!
Some manufacturing companies seem to cut the wrong costs & forget about quality. Eberlestock made a fantastic pack with my G4. The straps are thick & wide, the Cordura material is well stitched to the rest of the components. Yeah the cost of the pack can be a little intimidating but realize that the G4 is truly designed for those of us who go into the woods for a week on our own. Serious Hunters, Wildlife Photographers, Surveying Engineers in Alaska & of course the Military. If you don't need the full 4700 cubic inches of storage get a LoDrag version of this pack. Save yourself a few $ while you hone your craft with an awesome pack that is VERY COMFORTABLE. I was out of shape & made a 2900 vertical climb over 2 miles, I was huffing and puffing out of breath but my back wasn't sore in the least with a full pack of about 30 lbs of stuff including lunch & camera gear.
ProsHeavy duty serious gear packing, thick webbing, Molle everywhere, adjustable straps & its American Made !!! This pack will last for YEARS
ConsIt costs more than Condor, 5.11 or MaxPedition... so i bought mine on eBay. Its thick padding spreads the load over a bigger area so its also heavier than a normal pack. EberleStock fans will say Hi & compliment you on your gear.
