Not a fan
This has been our uniform jacket for about 5 years now. I work up in the mountains (a small division of our agency) and this thing is worthless. I don't wear the under coat as its too hot unless you're sitting still--its like something you would put under a dry suit for freezing water conditions. The shell is not even remotely water or rain resistant. I am not kidding--my old Carhartt barn coat sheds water better. I've tried high tech wash in water proofing and doused it with an entire can of Camp Dry, but nothing even slows the rain down. as it soaks through in minutes.
ProsThe design of the jacket is good-accessible side pockets, and a pull out back placard. Its comfortable to wear, and fine if all you are dealing with is dry cold. It just has no water or snow resistance.

A little bulky with the fleece in and it bunches up at the arm. Remove the fleet and it's only a rain jacket, doesn't do much to stop the cold. But overall it's still pretty solid and the fit of it is personal preference and probably won't bother most people. It allows for pretty decent movement, even with the fleece in. Looks nice and professional and so far has stood up to use.

Very Nice Jacket
One of only two approved duty jackets for my agency. Lots of Pockets, Hood, Waterproof/Bloodborne Pathogen Resistant, removable liner you can wear off duty as a seperate jacket...what more do you want
Pros Lots of Pockets, Hood, Waterproof/Bloodborne Pathogen Resistant, Nice Fleece Liner that functions as a second jacket

I got my department patches and badge sewn on both the fleece liner and outer shell both are awesome. I worn both together one night on patrol, it was 37 degrees out and I got to warm with both on. Definitely worth the money!!!
ProsNone that I've found yet
ConsOnly thing I can think of is the fleece could use a mic holder it would hurt for the jacket as well.
