Wellco's Signature upper design combines the best of tactical boots with appropriate pattern work insuring compliance with 670-1 regulations. This boot also features a dual density PU soling system that makes the boot 30 percent lighter that traditional boots. In addition this boot features a proprietary Composite Toe that meets ASTM standards while reducing weight and not conducting heat or electricity.
