    Great Boot!
    April 9, 2014
This is a great boot. Very comfortable and does its job well. A little wide for my foot but that's my own ordering error. A must have boot for a price great for impulse buys.

    Terrible boot
    August 24, 2013
I am on concrete all day and after a couple of days the insole was shot! The boot doesn't open well enough to get your foot into without considerable effort! This boot made my feet and legs very sore. Worst part of all- I bought two pairs of this junk!

    Not good

I like the Tru-spec 24-7 pants and thought I would try the boots. Don't waste your money. They are poorly designed, the zipper is too close to the heel, and poorly made, after only two short wearing the area near the zipper is already torn and separating. You get what you pay for.

These boots are made poorly even for the 60 dollar price tag. The tongues were different lengths and the soles were so soft you could feel a little pebble walking. I would not recommend wasting your money on these.

As others have said, they're not the easiest to slip on/off. Maybe if the zipper was a an angle. Either way, I'm sure it will be easier as they break in. Other than that, they're a good boot for the cost.

    Good and bad
    May 15, 2013
I am just a bit upset for two reasons. First, I completely missed that these are insulated boots and I was looking for boots for warm weather wear. So much for that! Second, they are hard to put on using the side zipper. This is the first pair of boots I have owned with a side zipper and I am severely unimpressed. I almost ripped the zipper tab off trying to zip them! I will stick to zipper inserts in the front.

My wife bought me these boots, I walk a lot & need a light boot so my feet don't get tired. I have worn the boots for the last month, they work fine I like the zipper feature lets me take the boots off faster. The boots are comfortable & seem water resistant. I think they are a good buy for the price

    Truspec boots
    April 27, 2013
Bought these boots thinking try spec is a well known company. The boots are very difficult to get on and off, and are terrible quality. I have only wore them on 4 operations, and the stitching on the toe is already coming out. I would never buy truspec boots again, and I'm mad I spent $40.00 on them.

Ordered these boots along with a pair of Bates on clearance. The Bates were an awesome value, these boots, not so much. They seem to wear ok, as comfortable as any 30$ pair of boots. However they came with the Left Toe area deformed and I'm a bit concerned that under heavy wear, not only will they look ugly but come apart as well. Clearance = Non- returnable even with the exhorbant restock fee.

Bought them for my son for camping. Winter camping in the midwest is sloppy. He liked the zipper for ease of wear; insulated well enough for their hiking two miles in them. Overall, a positive so far...

I buy a pair of these boots about once a year. The inside keeps coming apart after about 4 months. The inner sole gets uncomfortable. I like the price but the boot is poorly made. Im done buying these.

    Very Good Boots
    December 26, 2012
I have purchased 3 pairs and am very satisfied. 1st pair I have worn everyday for a year and still in great shape. Love side zipper. Bought others for family members for x-mas and so far they love them and I have been asked to get other family members the same boots. Great product.

    Don't Bother

First wear hurt from poor stitching on heal. Covered with tape, wore a second time and most stitching around the sole came apart while sitting and walking. Can't be relied upon and not worth even discounted price. Poorest quality boot I ever bought. Wouldn't buy again.
