Initially intended to hold my epi pens, now IFAK

"I love this little pouch. It's the perfect size for holding a pair of Epi-Pens, a pair of extrication scissors, a tourniquet, some QuikClot, a handful of BandAids, some moleskin, a small bottle of Advil Minis, a Tick-Key, and several few other useful First Aid tools and supplies. It also fits nicely on my duty belt. and can be rapidly unclipped and ripped away to hand off to someone else in an emergency. I bought it to hold a pair of Epi-Pens. Dedicated Epi-Pen cases that go on Duty Belts tend to be either poorly made, or very expensive. This case is tall enough to fit the injectors in their carrying cases, and wide enough to easily fit 2 and a practice injector with room left over. After I loaded up the Epi-Pens, I realized I could load a nice little first aid kit in the bag as well, so I added my usual tools and supplies to fill up space. The pouch handles it all, has some nice organization straps and pouches, and works well on my belt. I'm not a huge fan of MOLLE attachments. I "improved" the pouch by removing the MOLLE straps and replacing them with a Blade-Tech Tek-Lok and a pair of 5" MOLLE-Loks. In My Arrogant Opinion (IMAO), this made the pouch basically perfect. It doesn't take up too much real estate on my belt (it's only slightly wider than my palm), and it can be rapidly mounted and unmounted several ways. It basically doubles the investment, but for my purposes, it puts a final polish on an already great pouch."

Just right

"Nice little pouch that I'm using as an IFAK on my hiking pack. Holds what I need with some room to spare. Worth the money IMO."

Typically Good

"Always know what you're getting here. The pouches have become smaller, and sometimes the stitch is a inconsistent. But for the most part working into form to fit items works fine."

William K. (5/5)

Rip away bag is nice,

"Rip away bag is nice, there are 2 loops that are very large and not much good for holding anything that wouldn't take up the whole pouch. Hook n loop is very positive, well made for china. Next time I will buy American made tho, live n learn."

Great small Med pouch

"I attached this pouch to my pack. It holds tourniquet, quickclot gauze, chest seal, compression bandage. I use one for demo purposes in Active Shooter courses and another on my carry pack."

I really like this pouch. I can fit everything inside I need for duty, range, or in my vehicle. That being said I would like to have the option of attaching it to different gear. Does Condor offer just the Velcro panel for sale so you can put several panels on different gear (bag, vest, belt) and just transfer the pouch as needed? Thanks
The only velcro panel that they sell it the Condor Tactical Gear Modular I.D. Panel which can be attached by molle, however it will be too small to hold that pouch.
