How can I order this with the "belt loop" sheath? (Not the belt clip): at this time we do not offer this knife with a belt loop sheath we do apologize.
Does the sheath have a retention button on it to hold the knife?: Unfortunately it does not.
Is this knife available for civilians as well or is this for law enforcement only?: Yes this can be purchased by civilians as well as LEOs.
Can this be carried horizontal on the belt: Unfortunately no this cannot be adjusted for horizontal carry.
Is this made in the USA?: No, this specific knife is made in Taiwan.
Does this item come with the sheath?: Yes this item does come with a sheath as well.
Does knife have a sheath for neck carry?: This knife does not have a sheath for neck carry.

Just purchased this knife and according to the directions provided, Ka-Bar manufactures an optional ankle carry strap however I do not see this listed. Is this available for special order or?: unfortunately at this time we do not offer the ankle carry strap. if you can please email me a link to this item on kabar's website as i was not able to locate it and i will look to have it added to our site if we are able to.
