Description
We've developed a new pair of packs, the X4 HiSpeed and the X3 LoDrag, that are designed to be highly functional, minimalist, lightweight tactical packs. The X3 is a variation of our popular X1A1 model, and incorporates a tactical weapon-sized scabbard (AR-10 with magazine Leupold Mk-4 scope is being carried in the pack in this photo). The HiSpeed and LoDrag have a unique contour shape that tapers at both the top and the bottom, giving the pack an excellent close-to-the-body ride. The packs are fully compressible with pairs of side-mounted compression straps that draw the load upward to optimally position the pack's contents over the wearer's center-of-gravity. The pack is super comfortable, with generous lumbar and kidney padding, excellent ventilation, and our Shooter's Harness. Interior features include dual hydration sleeves (water bladders sold separately), two document / laptop sleeves, a mesh zippered pocket, MOLLE webbing, and a fold-away shelf that allows you to either segregate or combine the top and bottom interior load space. Built in 420 denier ripstop nylon.

The pack can be combined with the GSTC Butt Cover (not included but available as a separate accessory), to fully enclose a weapon up to 60" in length.

I am a licensed guide and love this pack. easy to get to the rifle while wearing the pack. Very dependable pack with better stitching than competitor brands. The size of this pack is perfect for a day trip. I mainly guide one day predator and hog hunts and it carries ammo, food water and drag perfectly. also enough room to store an extra layer of clothing and extra knives and sharpeners.
    Pros:
Perfect size Light weight Quality Easy to use and get to your rifle zipper pulls are easy to handle
    Cons:
Needs to have a camelback pouch added to it for the price Price (Quality makes up for it)

Why is the barrel of the rifle...in the dirt?
    on May 30, 2013

    Answer:
We're thinking Eberlestock took the picture with the barrel down to show how long the rifle is that was in the pack. Not sure why they did it outdoors in the dirt though.
