    Good bag for the price
    May 16, 2015
For $30, there really isn't anything close. This bag seems like it's built to last a decade and it probably will. I like that it just has 3 compartments without all the special pen slots and 15 different zippered slots per compartment. With that said, there are a few issues. The flap that covers the zippers is way too big and makes it almost impossible to open the compartments. The material is rough, very firm and a bit louder than other similar bags. Basically, it's a great $30 bag, but don't expect it to be like a $50 bag and especially not a $100 bag.
    Pros:
    Price! Design
    Cons:

    Outstanding
    May 16, 2015
I work as a contractor for a USG Agency. This pack has served me for almost 3 solid years in the rugged backcountry of Central Asia. It has plenty of room for a short trip and just when you "remember" those last minute items, there is enough room in this pack to fit! I appreciate that there are no side pouches sewn unto this pack. If I need anything extra, you gave us Molle strips for that! We just ordered more of these packs, this time in Coyote. The black color was getting a little crusty looking from the embedded dirt and dust of the "roads".
    Pros:
Great Design Outstanding Value Rugged Comparable products cost three times as much
    Cons:
    None

If yoy can onlt have one "Day Pack", this is the one!
    May 13, 2015
Purchased the first one, "just to see". The second was bought for my wife, after looked it over. Seemingly well-made, probably overbuilt for our simple needs, but one local retail giant had a smaller pack for the same price, and probably not nearly the same quality.
    Pros:
Well-made Roomy The colors (Foliage and Coyote Brown) don't scream TACTICAL! Excellent price
    Cons:
    None yet

    5 years of great service
    May 8, 2015
I just purchased this ruck again. My last one lasted me 5 long years as a daily and excursion ruck. I've put it through its paces. Ive loaded to the max, once maxing out at 100 lbs. It's done me good. The current one I have is still usefull, but it's just time for a new bag, the straps are worn it's grungy and filthy with character. 10/10 would recommend this bag. I was really close to purchasing a condor ruck only because of the camo variety, but can't beat 5 years of dependability. Thanks LAPG!!!!
    Pros:
Lasted 5 years madularity lots of space value durable
    Cons:
The zipper ties camo variety is always great

    Quality without the price gouging!
    May 3, 2015
This backpack is equal to or greater than other much more expensive versions. That leads me to believe that other companies could have a price point closer to this one but would rather get rich from the poorest profession in the land! Great backpack!
    Pros:
Very sturdy, abundance of Molle Attachments and price point.
    Cons:
It could be a touch larger.

    Great value!
    May 2, 2015
Great pack for the money. If you want high end top quality then perhaps a Rush 24 or something like that. For 30 bucks you can't beat this pack. I've been carrying mine for 4 yrs. yes 4 yrs! It's still going strong. I use it daily to work and back and keep the usual edc type stuff in it as well as my daily lunch bag. The only thing I would change would be to add a few more organizational pockets for a bit better organization of smaller items, otherwise this pack is well worth the 30 bucks.
    Pros:
Affordable Built well Durable Good looking
    Cons:
    Only 3 compartments

    Ripping out after a year
    April 20, 2015
Has been a nice gear bag for about 14 months, but has started to unravel on the inside seams, the inside lining is peeling/cracking off, and the top corners have started tearing. Returns aren't available after 12 months. Definitely not meant for heavy loads.

    Not bad
    April 11, 2015
Good for the price, very spacious. It would be nice to have some more pockets inside and somplace to attach a Velcro agency/unit patch. Not sure how long it will hold up, typical construction of a foreign made product.
    Pros:
    Bigger then expected
    Cons:
More inside pockets would be nice

I am traveling to Michigan and was wondering if this bag would fit under the seat of a airliner as a carry on bag
    on June 21, 2013

    Answer:
This depends on how full you pack the bag and how big the airplane is. If you fill the bag to capacity, it will not fit under the seat, but if you do not fill it all the way up it should fit. Also, if you are going on a smaller plane, the room beneath the seat might not be big enough.
