The PISTOL Model is an interchangeable dual lens "Protective Shield" spectacle. Our high-pressure injection molding lens manufacturing process results in "optically correct," distortion free lenses. The lenses are combat rated, providing shrapnel fragmentation protection, and they are anti-fog and scratch resistant coated. The PISTOL spectacles have a streamlined design, and fit the face closely and tightly. The adjustable nose piece ensures a proper fit. An optional RX CARRIER provides the wearer with corrected and accurate visual acuity. The PISTOL can be worn with the elastic strap under the helmet, and includes 2 Ballistic Rated Polycarbonate lenses. The lenses are a 2.1mm thickness, essential for military, law enforcement, shooting, and extreme sports, and meets all ANSI Z87.1-2003 optical performance and protective requirements, and MIL-PRF-31013 ballistic requirements. Other standards complied with include ANSI Z87.+ High Impact, ANSI Z80.1 for Safety and is Ballistics certified to comply with military specifications MIL-STD 662.
