The Blackhawk I.T.S. HPFU Pants feature a lean, athletic design with articulated knees and elbows for increased performance, mobility, and reduced bulk. The BlackHawk ITS HPFU Pants are constructed with no-melt, no-drip NYCO and FR materials. The I.T.S. equipped HPFU pants have 4 life-saving tourniquets integrated into the legs and meets U.S. Institute of Surgical Research Requirements (USAISR).

The Warrior Wear Integrated Tourniquet System (I.T.S.) HPFU Pants also provide the same lifesaving aid in the field and on the streets as the Gen 1 I.T.S Pants. Regardless of preparation accidents can happen. The Blackhawk I.T.S. HPFU PANTS provides comfort and durability to meet the demands of the modern day warrior along with immediate lifesaving aid when needed. I.T.S. offers a primary protection for the brachial artery and distal placement at the wrist on both right and left sleeve. Lower tourniquet can be adjusted to the wound site. The Blackhawk Integrated Tourniquet System (ITS) has been introduced into the new Blackhawk Warrior Wear apparel line and consists of four tourniquets (two in the short sleeve version) which are correctly positioned and oriented to the upper and lower extremities.
