"ASP baton looks nice and feels good, but has issues extending properly and also retracing back into the handle. Almost as if the baton is too tight and wouldn’t even go back into the handle when hit on the ground. Not too sure if it’s an issue that can be fixed but just be cautious when ordering this baton model."

Is it legal to have one in New Jersey? If not, how can I get certified to own one?: as far as we can see they are not legal in the state. we would recommend checking with your local police department on how to acquire a permit to carry one or if carrying one is even possible.

What are the regulations of purchasing this item in California? Or can you ship to another address even if the billing address is different?: to order this item in California you do have to be currently Active law enforcement, military or have a guard card with baton permit. verification of credentials is required before the item can be shipped and billing and shipping must match.
