5.11 Tactical Police & Sheriff ID Panels are for use with the 5.11 Tactical 5-in-1 and 5.11 Tactical 3-in-1 jackets.
The 5-in-1 and 3-in-1 jackets have a concealed pocket on the back that holds a removable hidden ID panel. 5.11 has pre-printed panels with reflective “Police” and “Sheriff” so that you can zip or Velcro them into the hidden pocket.
When you get to a scene where you want greater visibility and identification, all you have to do is unzip the pocket and let the panel drape down your back for identification. Made of durable and supple nylon, these panels go un-noticed in the hidden pocket until you need them. They also add a bit of insulation for cold conditions.
