Good for comfort, but NOT like a hard shell kneepad

"These are fine for what I call casual use: occasional kneeling on hard, smooth surfaces. They are NOT hard shell knee pads, and they don't perform like them. If you slam your knee down onto gravel or rocks, it's going to hurt! It will just hurt a bit less than if you didn't have them. They are great for occasionally taking a knee on the street, sidewalk, or in the field or woods. They are great for kneeling in the garage. But don't think they are hard protection. I took a knee pretty vigorously on a gravel road and it was not fun. It took the edge off, but nothing like hard shell. They are low profile and don't look tactical, so good for covert work. Just don't expect more from them than they can deliver. Buy one pair and experiment: you will quickly find their useful zone and their limitations. Pros: Cheap, hidden protection for casual use or unexpected trouble. Thin and not very noticeable unless you know what to look for. Cons: Thin. Not much protection. A pain to insert. I'll but the LAPG brand next time since they are about half the price, but these were worth the money."

NOT desiged for Ridgline Pants

"I ordered a pair of Ridgline pants. These knee pads popped up as a suggested accessory. When I received my pants there was no pocket to insert the knee pads into. Therefore I can't accurately give a rating or a recomendation!"

Q&A

Will these pads fit into the knee pad holder in the Truspec 24-7 Series Men's Poly-Cotton Ripstop Pants?
Yes these knee pads would fit just fine.
Is there a list of pants with knee pockets that take these knee pads?
we do not have a list of all the pants that can accept the knee pads but the 5.11 taclite pro pants can accept these as well our operator pants are able to as well for a few examples.
quantity of 1 is a pair or for 1
If you order "Quantity: 1", you will receive a pair of knee pads.
Does this work with the 5.11 Tactical Stryke Pants ?
yes these will work with the stryke pants as they have the knee pad insert pocket.
