Question

"Looks great! Can the cross strap be removed without cutting it off for use without it?"

Bruce (5/5)

Perfect for my needs. Expandable too.

"I've bought quite a few (8 or 9 by my last count) fanny pack-style bags, but this is absolutely the best for the stuff I carry around on a daily basis. It's exactly in the "Goldilocks Zone". Plus it's expandable too. For example, I have a molle water bottle carrier I can attach to it if I want. I also have a Leatherman multi-tool pack that I can attach to the other side if I want to."

Perfect for certain wardrobes and circumstances

"Excellent for full size carry and capacity! Rubs your neck a bit if your a big guy. Wrap around strap does not fit me I am a 38-40 waist. no matter because it gets in the way anyway. I carry large pew pew with extra mag a zfold 5 galaxy edc knife keys a wallet a holster inside."

"Perfect sized bag to throw in the truck for emergencies. Carries 2 AR mags, light, multitool, pistol mag, and medical. High quality bag that I plan to buy again for our 2nd vehicle."

Q&A

What are the external dimension please?
This bag is 7"H X 9.5"L X 3"W
Is this bag big enough for an iPad and a firearm?
This bag is 7îH x 9.5îL x 3îW so it might fit an Ipad mini but i do not think it would be able to fit a regular sized ipad.
What are bungee cords for ? Are for the straps ?
I'm sorry for the confusion, these come with bungees for securing the mags. I have edited the page to avoid future confusion.
Just want to ask the color shade of this bag . Is it more on brown color shade or greenish shade? 5.11 pictured items sometimes its different from actual, in the naked eye. The description color is OD TRAIL. means ( olive drab trail ). Hope can check physically the color of the item. Thank you .... Help me a lot on my buying decision.
it would have a brown shade to it.
I've already purchased the bag and it's awesome. Only thing is that it came with some bungee cords and a couple pull tabs that's suppose to be an option for securing the mags and I don't have clue how they tie in. No instructions came with it and the 5.11 website doesn't have any info on it. Can you give me some insight as to how these cords work? Thanks.
unfortunately we are unable to locate where the draw cords attach to either. we would recommend contacting 5.11 directly as they would be able to provide further instruction.
Is the OD green color of the OD Trail the same color/shade as all of the other 5.11 OD green products? For example, if I wanted to attach a 5.11 pouch or attachment, are the green's the same color / do they match? Thanks so much.
we do show that the colors appear to be a bit different in shading and do not match exactly.
Does the OD Green of the 5.11 2 -Banger Bag (OD Green / Trail color) match the other 5.11 OD Green products? For example, if I wanted to purchase a water bottle pouch to match the 2-Banger Bag, would the 5.11 10x4 pouch in OD match the bag? Thanks so much.
the color we are showing is a bit different and does not match perfectly.
how big of a hand gun you cant fit in the bag
this bag is about 7îH x 9.5îL x 3îW so as long as the weapon is smaller then this it should fit just fine.
What is the name of the black and grey bag?
That is the double tap color.
